I'm not usually one for exaggerations, but I made an accidental find at a Bushwick bodega a few months ago that honestly changed my life.
It looks so unassuming with its simple name, and I know you won't believe me until you finally go out and try a pint of this yourself to experience the sheer balanced marvel that is Haagen-Dazs Caramel Cone.
Caramel ice cream with crunchy bits of chocolate covered waffle cone and swirls of caramel. It sounds like a lot of caramel. I assure you its not. It's really the best ice cream I've ever bought from a grocery store.
So spectacular. Some bites are creamy. Some bites have crunch. Each bite is a little bit of something different and every bit wonderful. If you're lucky enough to find it in your freezer, it's a must try. I promise !
